Coming to Chile and looking for a more personal way to experience Santiago?
As a Chilean textile designer, I love sharing my country through the places, stories and traditions that inspire me.
I am a curious explorer, a passionate walker and someone who enjoys discovering hidden corners, beautiful neighborhoods, museums, cafés, heritage sites and the little details that make my country unique.
That is why I have created the possibility of joining me for a personalized textile experience in Santiago, combining creativity, culture, conversation and local discoveries.
Whether you are traveling alone, coming with family or sharing the adventure with friends, we can create an experience that matches your interests and your way of exploring Chile.

You can book:
• A PRIVATE WEAVING WORKSHOP
A creative moment where you can learn, experiment and connect with Chilean textile traditions. If you wish, the workshop can include a travel loom kit so you can continue your weaving journey after your visit.
The location will be decided together and can be a public, private, cultural, heritage or any other special place that fits the experience.
• A TEXTILE & CULTURAL TOUR AROUND SANTIAGO
Join me as we explore inspiring places such as museums, textile shops, charming cafés, heritage neighborhoods and special local spots. I will share stories, recommendations and the cultural background behind the places we visit.
I can help you communicate with local vendors and guide you in choosing the most suitable pieces based on materials, quality and prices at markets, museums and shops.
How does it work
The first step is to contact me through the link below and answer the questions to tell me a little about your trip, like travel dates in Chile, who will be joining the experience, places of interest, your expectations for this tour or class, etc.
If you are not sure what you would like to visit, I will be happy to recommend places based on your interests and the time you have available.
A few details to know

The experience duration is flexible. I will suggest an itinerary and approximate length, but we can adjust it according to your preferences.

Tours include a small Chilean snack: filtered water and traditional Chilean treats to enjoy along the way.

Workshops can be adapted to different levels of experience, from complete beginners to textile lovers who already have experience.

My goal is for you to leave with more than just beautiful pictures: I want you to take home a meaningful memory of Chile, our culture and the stories woven into its places and people.

The price of the experience will depend on the duration and the number of participants. The average price per person for a standard textile experience ranges between USD $80 and $250.

"We wanted to try a traditional Chilean craft, and Flor’s class provided the perfect opportunity! Everything was taken care of- all the supplies, variety of patterns, examples of finished products so that we could understand what our work would look like in the end. Flor was patient, brought clear instructions and all of us had a wonderful time. Each of us ended up with a unique souvenir and a great memory to bring home with us.
