Weave Everywhere is the idea behind Ullvuna, and it comes from something I have experienced myself over many years of working with pin looms: creativity doesn't need a dedicated space, a lot of time or complicated tools. Sometimes all you need is a small loom, some yarn and the desire to make something.
A small loom, many possibilities
This is what I love about pin loom weaving. The loom is small enough to take with you, and you can work on a project little by little, whenever you have a moment. At home, while travelling, sitting in a café, waiting for an appointment or simply relaxing at the end of the day. Your weaving can go wherever you go.
But for me, Weave Everywhere is not only about portability. It is also about taking your creativity with you.
Pin loom weaving is wonderfully simple to start, but it opens the door to so many possibilities. You can make a simple woven square in a short time, but that same square can become part of a bag, a garment, a blanket, a basket, a piece of home décor or something completely unexpected. You can follow a pattern, change it, combine ideas or simply experiment and see what happens.
Use what you already have
I specially love that you can use what you already have. Leftover yarn from a knitting project, scraps from crochet, a few colours you have been saving, or an unfinished project that has been sitting in a drawer. Pin loom weaving gives you a way to play with those materials again.
You don't always need to buy something new to start creating something new.
Make time for creativity
And you don't need hours either. One square can be a small creative moment in a busy day. A few squares can become a project. Little by little, something bigger takes shape. I think that is one of the reasons pin loom weaving fits so naturally into everyday life.
It can be a way to slow down, keep your hands busy, experiment with colour, or simply enjoy the satisfaction of making something with your own hands.

Some come here because they want to learn the basics. Others already know how to weave but are looking for ideas, new techniques, or something to do with all those squares and leftover yarn.
